I assume I have at least one year warranty???? I've not yet check the details.

My screen has gone black twice in the last month. One time, the music player was still playing, and there was no way for me to turn the phone off, music off, or do any else, until the phone screen came back to life.

This only happened twice, and can not be repeated on command.

What can I do? If I take it back, they will say nothing is wrong. Which it's true all of the time, except the two times that it happened.

That was last month. This month it has been fine and perfect.

Anyone dealt with cell phone warranty and such?

Should I talk to ATT or where I bought it (Radio Shack)?

BTW, the first review on top of the cnet link had his screen go out too. I'm now at the 11th month.
