Burning smell in V3 keypad

Recently, I've notiecd that my 10 month old RAZR V3 smells like electronic burning. Have anybody noticed similar in their phones? I called Cingular and they are sending me refurbished one. I dunno if I'm comfortable with this.

That is what Motorola and Cingular said. Both were ready to send the replacement. I opted for Cingular since they sent the replacement first and Moto wanted my original phone first and I would have been without one for 2 weeks.
