bluetooth not starting up at windows login

So I have just setup a Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard set (keyboard elite and intellimouse explorer set) and it seems that it cannot be used with the default windows drivers. I do not have the Bluetooth Devices icon in Control Panel. So I installed it using BlueSoliel and it is working fine. However, when I get to Windows Login where I put in my password, neither of my devices work as if Bluetooth doesn't start until I actually log in which means I'm locked out of the computer unless I login using another device.

I have checked the option "Start BT at Windows Startup" but that doesn't seem to help. I would like to keep my computer password protected, yet I don't want the hassle of having to switch keyboards everytime I log in.

Do you have a bluetooth indicator light? That way you can verify that it is actually running on startup?

You probably need to make it bootable in your bios. Is this a laptop or desktop? I dont remember exactly where the setting are...but most likely it's in a category related to bootable usb keyboard. If it's a desktop, what brand and model is your motherboard?

Actually it is lighting up, but since it is a weird/cheap third party dongle I am fairly certain that it is just a light that tells you that it is connected into the USB and nothing more. I'll try BIOS. Thanks.
