I'm thinking of getting a blackberry. Anyone have any experience with these? I was thinking the 7100t...

Thanks!

I had the 7750, pretty good phone took alot of getting used to...played with 7250 kinda sharp....

THey are awsome phones if your doing alot of email...if not kinda a waste just because your paying extra for the data feature...

I have a 7100T... works great if you are constantly using email and data. I use it for everything... email, aol IM, sms, data, and phone.

The only drawback is the battery life sorta sucks.

7100 is a completly different unit then the others (7250, 7750, 6750, 6710, etc). The 7100 is for people who want a phone first and a PIM second. The others are for people who need a PIM first. I have a 7250 now and love it.

I don't use the client that the phone comes with because it indeed, does suck. I use VeriChat... it's fast and "live," so no lag.

I would recommend a Sony Ericsson P910 with the blackberry client software. I reviewed a 7100t a long time ago and never got used to the controls/functions on it.

Wait and get the 7105t, the screen was changed to allow better visibility outside from the sun's reflection.
