I have the Treo 750 and had it working with the BT on my 06 TL and now its acting up where I can't even use it. Supposely now Palm said it doesn't support the Honda / Acura cars or most unless you own a Toyota to work with its Palm devices yet.
I'm probably going to pick up a Blackjack in 3 hours...any reason I should be talked out of this?
Three strikes against the Perl for me are:
1) It doesn't have a full Qwerty
2) I believe I need windows mobile to watch SlingBox.
3) Unlimited data plan for BB is slightly more than that of the BJ
Two things that worry me about the BJ are:
1) No voice dial ability through Bluetooth headset (I use this ALL the time)
2) Battery life is brutal (yes, I know it comes with two batteries, one of them extra large, but I'm buying the slimmest smartphone for a reason...)
Supposedly the BB 8800 comes out on Cingular on the 12th, well before my 30 day trial expires. I'll be taking a good look at that.

my old phone had a 6 hour battery life. One trip from school, and on the way back on the bus in high school, the phone would already be dead.

As far as windows devices go, I've got a cingular 2125,3125, 8125, verizon 6700, moto q, samsung blackjack (i develop phone software so I get them for testing).
The blackjack is my favorite. It appears to have the best hardware of them all, and i like its form factor.

Yes the BJ Battery will last days without being charged and with a lot of use. I got rid of my problem Treo 750 for the BLACKJACK and love it.
The BlackBerrys will not work with Exchange that most companies use. Unless the company has the upgraded BlackBerry support package added to the Exchange server which costs $3k+ additional. Most companys do not add this. They have the normal package and that alone supports any WM device and outlook.
Push email works on the BJ and Treo 750 with any newer WM device.
The BlackBerry is a great phone, but technology is passing them now. They need to make one compatible with Exchange.
