Does anybody have a Blackberry with Metro PCS? My girlfriend wants a new phone and I suggested a blackberry with her current provider because the rates are relatively cheap. I looked into adding her to my plan but that means we share minutes and my plan goes up by like $90. It's kind of confusing because they never give you a definate price. You just got to wait for the bill and die of shock!!! With metro the blackberry would only be about $70 a month and you are not tied down to a contract. So how is the service? Does metro support the phone well or are there lots of things that do not work?

 

My friend was able used a sprint branded blackberry with metropcs without an issue. He is able to doing calling, txt and mms. I'm not 100% sure about surfing the web, but I remember correctly, he is able to do that without an issue.

 

Metro offers some BB phones I think. shouldnt be a problem

 

Wife has Metro, not the BB though. Service has been great and for $30/mo unlimited everything, cant beat it. I was looking at the BB plan for myself. Pls post a review if you do end up getting it

 

When you talk to them, can you tell them to get a new f'in jingle.
