Azine App?
I don't know if this was ever taken into consideration, and I DID search and found nothing, but has anyone ever discussed building an AZine app for iPhones and Blackberrys?

This would be super awesome though. Azine on an application? come guys. full thread viewing/starting, on spot notifications and instant replys to virtually anything on Azine.
I don't remember going on AZ with a Blackberry or if I even did, but its fine using Safari to surf AZ. I post from my iPhone all the time.
It would be cool, since I think the client or whatever that AZ uses is shared with a lot of other big forums.... but I really don't see how it could possibly improve. At one point there was a mobile version of AZ but it wasn't that much better. I guess that's why they removed it

but the iphone app would be cool... the only questions i have is, will you always appear as online with the app.
cool... good to know. I feel Safari is more than adequate for browsing AZ but it'd be nice to have enhanced features or have the forum scaled to smartphone browsers.

Hey Berner, I see you're from Wexford. I'm from Bethel Park.
GO PENS!!!
I just got a blackberry tour a few weeks ago. What is your video showing?
I like phone and texting functions. I find that any website I try to access is so small, it's almost un readable. Is there a setting I need to change to make the pages easier to read?
Are there any apps I should look for?
Thanks!

I don't think tapatalk will work since it has to be supported by the forum. AZ does not support tapatalk. I've already PMed astro recently about tapatalk and they're not going that route which I agree with since the full read and write tapatalk isn't free (read only is). He says they're working on something, I'm sure it'll just be a mobile friendly version of AZ in safari. but when it happens it happens.

That video I posted about is a app called BerryBlab. It is for viewing vBulletin websites on a BB. From what I understand though, the website has to signup or something with BerryBlab for it to work.

Robb explicitly told me they're not using tapatalk. This was about a month and a half ago.

I know all about tapatalk. We have decided NOT to install it on AcuraZine because we're not down with an app that requires payment for people to actually interact with the community.
We are hard at work developing something of our own to perform similar tasks at no charge to the membership.
cheers,

Also IDK if you visit this site but neowin.net which has a good computer forum just did a redesign and now viewing their forum on Safari on the iPhone is very nice. I don't think they use vbulletin though. you can browse the neowin forum here
