Anyone used "tagging" for their MP3's??
Anyone had any experience with this? Adding missing, Artist, title, track, album, etc to MP3's via a software program.
I started my music library back in the first month of Napster so needless to say, my library is a mess of songs with both complete and incomplete information. Its organized as best as it can be but at least 40% of my songs have no tags.
I want to clean it up and I see that musicmatch has tagging as part of their pro upgrade. Essentially, implying that I can survey my entire library and add missing info to all my Mps's with a few clicks.
Anyone had any experience with this? Does it work? Is it worthwhile? Are there other ways to do it?

Still trolling
Tag and rename is the best for me. Provided you have the entire album, you can query the cddb for the artists/album tags, and it writes them to the files automaticly.

I wish there was a program that sensed what song was what and automatically fixed it lol, I have like so many songs but I could never properly organize them in my iRiver MP3 Player because it was all such a mess
