My buddy has one and he hasn't had problems with it. Apparently there are several types as he bought his here.

They have some of the features but not all. My wife's phone under contract is crapping out so I might consider one since we have to go unlocked.

 

Nah but I did try the i-Phone and hated it so I returned it 2 days later.

I wonder if the fake ones have more functionality than the real thing like can being able to transfer files via bluetooth and allow you delete files without having to sync to iTunes all the time.

 

Some have micro SD slots and 2 Sim card slots. No HDD though.

 

they are all horrible. My father loves the iphones UI but hates its lack of features, so he purchased like 5 different bootleg iphones and they all suck so bad.
