Anyone on Sprint want to test something for me?

Ever since 11/19 I have been unable to send or receive text messages when I'm roaming on Verizon.

I know because I always roam at my client (they have a Verizon tower on their roof). As soon as I walk out of the building and get on Sprint, I start receiving text messages, sometimes 10 of the same text.

The next time you see you are out of Sprint coverage, try to send a text message. You will probably get a error "Cause Code: 3" and it will put the message in your Drafts folder.

Let me know what happens.

I have a ticket open with Sprint but they're not being very helpful, using the "well it's not on our network so go pound sand"

Sprint and Verizon's data connections DO NOT play nicely with each other, I too have noticed this.

Yeah and what sucks is I only roam on verizon at work so I get absolutely no text messages. I literally have to walk across the street to get service.

NEVER MIND GUYS Finally got someone at Sprint that knew what the hell they were talking about.

I must have spoken to 15 people and finally one uncovered that it is a problem and that they are working to resolve it.

You could get a Sprint Airave, maybe convince Sprint to pay for it..

(yeah right)

Thought about it but my client would walk me out of the building if I even attempted to put that on their network.
