Anyone good with excel formulas?

This computer class in my college makes me do like 6-8 hour excel projects and im stuck on this one part:

It says

"First you must have more than $2000 for March 'Balance+Bank', and more than $1500 in the 'After Tax/Fee Income' for June, or less than $1600 in 'Total Expenses' for March. IF the above yields true then print YES if false print NO

I tried doing it using an If("Cell">2000,"YES","NO", And("Cell">1500,"YES",NO",OR("Cell"<1600,"YES","NO ")))

but it said to many arguments in one. Please help if you can!

=IF(MB&B<=2000,"NO",if(AT/FI>1500,"YES",if(totexp<1600,"YES","NO")))

Code:
=IF(AND("A2">1500, OR("A3"<1600), "A1">2000), "YES", "NO")

The IF function only recognizes two outcomes (whats after the first comma and whats after the 2nd comma). The comma after the "NO" gave it too many parameters. Maybe if you put a ) after the NO and then an and function, but I think its cleaner this way.

This shouldn't work, given the way you've described the problem, because now whenever D39>2000 it will return YES, regardless of whether either of the two other criteria are met (hence why I set it up as a <= function)

Scrib, yours worked for me
Edit: No it didn't. But it looked good for a minute
