Android: MDM Options
Android: MDM Options
Our company uses android tablets (Galaxy Tab 2/3/4) for our field work.
We need an option so we can remote into them without user input. Our software is sent to us via .apk file for updates, so we occasionally need to update them companywide (across 6-7 offices in TX), with users that aren't the most tech-savvy.
Anyone know of an option that could accomplish this? We've tried a couple, but they all require the user to interact with it also.

Look into Teamviewer. I believe the Quicksupport is baked into Samsung devices for remote control operation. I briefly looked into it when the screen broke on my S4, but never really went beyond just looking.
We played with a few and we couldn't really find one that actually controls the device. We were able to so some things in settings, etc, but not like remoting into a PC or Mac. Tried TeamViewer and LMI. This was a year back, so maybe its gotten better.
Thanks guys.
Sounds like there are some updates coming early next year to the program we use that will allow a few MDM options to do what we need to do as far as being able to install remotely.
