I was trying to create an account on a mechanic forum, anyway, missed the captcha (robot text box) and the website said 403 warning or something like that... I tried again, I couldn't read the captcha, so I hit the reset option for a simpler one, then proceeded to get -
"403 Autobanned"...

I've tried the website since, anything linked to it gives me this... I've shut off my iPhone to get a new IP address, which it did, didn't work... I'm not sure how it banned me, but I think it's my server...

I know basically NOTHING about computers, phones, and gadgets, I usually hate them for the s**t they cause....

Anyway, sorry, I'm expressing my strong feelings...

So, what do I do???

Also: I'm using my data plan, I have no need or ability to get WiFi, there are no open lines near me, so I can't adjust my server because technically, I don't have one...

My paint is, what do I do?

I've missed many captcha (text boxes) in the past, and have never had this problem...

I used my google app like I do for everything, I tried Safari, it does the same thing, even after I turned off cookies and web tracking...

Any suggestions?

Ok, I was trying to join another forum, I missed the Captcha, the website then saw my IP address as as a threat, so it autobanned me, I then got into contact with the support department of the other forum, they cleared my up address...

I was told I could create an account, so I did, the forum sent me an email with a link attached, this is to verify the newly created account, the email link was incorrect for an unknown reason, it would send me to the home page, not the sign in page as it should...

Here's the end result, I go to sign in, I enter my username/password, then I get, our records do not match this username and email, so basically, I do NOT have an existing account on my end, but when I email the Forums support department, they say I DO have a valid existing account, the support department even changed my password to exactly what I wanted and had been trying, so technically, there is NO way that this could happen, it doesn't make sense...

This is my current standing...

They say I have an account, my phone doesn't... Simple...

I have no idea why the heck it is doing this, it seems impossible, but with computers these day, anything is possible... That's why I put the symbols that are hitting and shooting at the computer, the WTF because that's what I say every time I fix it and it still doent work, and the shark, because I feel like that poor guy....
