"All curcuits are busy" -- NOT ANYMORE

CINGULAR....I knew it, just like I stated in my other thread about not wanting to renew my contract with Cingular.

After having been an ATT wireless customer for many years, they merged. My conract was expired and I broke my Motorola V60, went to Cingular store, got new phone and renewed conract for 2 years on GSM network.

ONE FUCKING WEEK OF HAVING SUCKINGULAR
and I keep getting TXT messages saying "WTF, all circuits are busy, acll me back"
Many people telling me they are trying to get a hold of me but keep getting this message.

Now prior to the ATT/Cingular merger, I knew people who had cingular, and when I would call them I would get this same goddamn annoying message, and never be able to contact them, and sure enough, It happened to me.

Attempt to resolve the problem:
Called 611 and complained 3-4 times in week and 1/2. I een had one girl call my phone number, and sure enough, she got the damn "all circuits are busy",, and blamed it on a alandline problem :cough, horseshit:

VERIZON IS MY NEW HOME
No more of this Busy signal shit! All is well, no problems as of yet.
Went to Blades and switched over.
Got the Motorola V710 w/ blue tooth.
Love it.

and It is my assumption that this problem with cingular is not going to get any better, considering it has been happening to friends of mine for over 3 years.

Hey Cingular can you hear me now ? Of course not, because "YOUR FIRED "

I've never had even heard of this problem before and I have AT&T/Cingular. Maybe it has to do with coverage in your area?

I feel ya pain. It really didn't start until the merge.

That busy circuit shit was driving me crazy.

I'm with T-Mobile now.

Best service I've had since "96"

Well I cannot stand the fact that someone cannot even reach my voicemail. What if there is an emergency with a member of my family ?

With customer care telling me that "everything looks good in your area" indicated to me a VERY BIG PROBLEM, since this was happening more than just a couple of times.

I'm usually a very laid back and understanding person, but with repeated error messages is just not called for.

Cingular just called your elementary school English teacher and told her "you're fired" for not drilling the 're into your head!

Sorry to hear your story. I have been with ATTWS since 1997 and do not plan to move to Cingular proper until I am forced to do so.
