Adobe PDF reduce size

Is there any way to script a batch file to reduce a bunch of pdf files sizes down?

Or do I have to do it one by one.

Do you have the full version of adobe?

do you have this option menu?

* In Adobe Acrobat, select Advance > Batch Processing
* Select Make Accessible sequence
* Select Run Sequence

Been running the optimizer since morning and it has only gone through 500 out of 18000k!!! I'll be running it all night I guess.
