What do you all think about them?
I was looking at this one:

My dell laptop I had for 3 years finally took a dive, and I just bought a desktop. I now want a laptop.

I wouldn't consider Acer under any circumstances.
Dell, HP, IBM, or Sager -- those are the only brands for me, personally.
I think you can expect problems with an Acer, realistically.
