So he got paid more than what the event costed just to show up

The 400K probably just paid for his jetfuel for the trip.

Tiger Woods is the athlete that you should all feel special to be able to witness. Other than perhaps Gretzky, Woods is as overall a dominant player as can be. Just watch and enjoy, because he is the fuckin man, and all the haters are just jealous, because I don't buy for one second even someone not in the know not seeing his talent!!!

No kidding. I love watching him play golf. That tournament last July, cant remember which one, was so enjoyable to watch. Im glad I was old enough to remember when he got his start and will enjoy watching him play for the rest of his career.

I love watching Tiger, because he's one of the few athletes in the WORLD whose main concern isn't money. He is a perfectionist in a sport that you can't perfect. His drive and determination and how he takes the game so serious is what sparks ME to better my game (not only in golf but in most things I do).

Comparing him to Gretzky is a VERY good comparison - both care about the game and wanted only to be the best.

I think he's obviously a great golfer, and deserves comparisons to Gretzky, etc. However, in a lot of interviews on TV and in magazines, he comes off as a douche.
