Yeah, that entertainment district is pretty cool and badly needed for the Bears, I think. Welcome to the 21st century...

Week 1 so far has been a 3 out of 4 so far for me (not fantasy-wise)...Bears win. Fackers lose. Pats lose.

I just need to see Sucs lose and see a Tom Brady meltdown-cry on the sideline and it's complete.

Watching the Packers on repeat from last year. Come out flat as f*ck! That was awful... I miss DA17 already! Watson needs some stick'um on those gloves. Way to start your career with a wide open drop that would have been 6. Typical O-line looked like shit. Coach should make everyone run suicides today til they puke. I still feel like they think there is 4 preseason games!

God I'd hate to be a Sucs or Dallas fan. Hard to root for a team last night.

That Waddle quick slant for a TD was nice on 4th down.

There goes my starting QB. At least I have Fields as a backup.

Dropping Dak and putting in the waiver claim for Wentz.

I got roasted in my virgin week 1...only 77.36 points. At one of my RB spots, Akers was a donut versus Sanders (Phi) or Robinson (Jax) who got 17 and 19 points respectively yesterday. Also, Dak was a bust when I could've started Fields for a serviceable 13.6. Only person who did good for me was Thomas of the Saints at WR. Even Henry at RB was mediocre.

Succop, the Suc I had to pick even though I really don't want a Suc, got me 12 points which is nice for a K.

I'm also dropping Gesicki for the Chargers' TE guy...we'll see if I get any of my waiver claims.

For a second there I had to double check your first statement wasn't a quote lol. I too have Fields as my QB2 and might look to Wentz on the wire. But I've used Wentz before. He and Winston are cut from the same cloth. They'll get you 5 points or 35. There is no in between. Either their "f-it throw the ball deep" pans out or it's a bust. I might prefer Fields just for more consistency. He did OK playing in a swimming pool yesterday - I think there is upside on an actual dry field . We'll see. Not a lot of good choices.

Oh and just stash Dak in an IR slot - I'm assuming your league has one or two of those. No need to drop.

I also grabbed the Chargers TE (Everett) because Ertz was a question mark. Turns out they both did similar. I'm keeping both. Everett may pan out to be a surprise. Got to like that back-pedal into the end zone.

Wow - that's a harsh rule. But, odds are there won't be a huge rush to grab a 9 week old Dak Prescott off the wire to get those valuable 5 points.....

Yeah, my basket is on the RBs I drafted and hopefully Akers not being a complete bust. But, at least Sanders and Robinson looked good yesterday. Was a bit disappointed Henry got no TDs but hoping for better things from the Titans after Week 1.

Montgomery was also unfortunately, with all his touches inconsequential but I suspect that was the 9ers basically daring Fields to throw all game and lining up 7 in the box every play.

Is it me or does he have the vibe of an IT guy more than a head coach.

But I like it.

I agree - not sure if it is an IT guys but I like it!!

That aside - crazy weekend of football. I think there were 6 games with final scores with <4 point differences, there were two OTs with one ending in a tie.

A moment of silence for Yum who didn't get his wish of seeing TB12 having a meltdown on the sidelines. FWIW - Dallas has never beaten TB12.

LOL he's a character apparently. Reminds me of Nathan Fields from the Rehearsal.

Don't fret Yum. Lots of players do shit Week 1. Don't panic and drop the team. The bottom part of the roster is pretty interchangeable. Not sure I'd drop Dak quite yet but depends on your needs and who is actually available.

I agree - if you have room might be worth a stash and wait. Because when he returns, the Cowboys may be 1-7 and there will be enormous pressure for him to perform.
