Someone please explain how Matt Ryan is vastly different than Carson Wentz (rhetorical question). Ryan just had two lights-out receivers to throw to for a long time. I don't see much difference between the two aside from that.
So....Mayfield to ATL then? Mayfield to SF - now that would be interesting......
The team is sending Kansas City its No. 29 and No. 50 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, according to ESPN, along with a fourth-round pick and fourth- and sixth-round picks in 2023. Hill’s new extension is a four-year, $120 million deal that includes $72.2 million guaranteed.
The Dolphins are signing former New Orleans Saints left tackle Terron Armstead, a league source confirmed to the Miami Herald Tuesday, ending a week-long search for a standout tackle to shore up one of the NFL’s worst offensive lines last season. The contract is a five-year deal worth $70 million and can reach $87.5 million with incentives, according to a source. It also includes $43.37 million guaranteed. The average annual salary, even with incentives, makes Armstead the fifth-highest paid left tackle in the league but the guaranteed money ranks second among his position.
Seems they overpaid vs Raiders who traded the 22nd and 53rd so comparable picks in their respective rounds but that's Stephen Ross and the Fins. With the signing of Armstead they're making a hard push considering the success the defense had. Outside of QB offense made moves with Chase Edmonds and Raheem Mostert as RB1 and 2. WRs are set with Hill, Jaylen Waddle who had the 2nd best rookie WR season, and Devante Parker who's a solid WR2. Gesicki at TE is solid too, sure not a Kelce.
Retires because he doesn't make it to the SB and doesn't get his way, unretires because he needs more attention.
Or, the other prevailing theory is, Gisele had a taste of him retired at home and could not stand a person more girly than her and told him to get back to playing football.

He would've continued coaching but the fakethlete-she-QB decided to "unretire" and Arians could not deal with another season of whining, drama, and speculation if it's her last season....
Because high-profile Patriots are known for staying retired?
Touche' but TB12 and JE are two different guys. Honestly, I was surprised that TB12 announced his retirement to begin with. No idea what happens @ his house, but he always said he would play until he was at least 45. He is healthy and loves the game - he certainly doesn't need the $$$$.

Yeah it's all very puzzling, even more so now that Arians moved to the front office too.
