Fuck a HIPAA. JPP lost his index finger and they posted the chart online. The funny thing was the Giants weren't allowed in to see him and had no idea what was up with him. Technically he's a free agent although franchised. I think he wanted to cause enough concern for them to take off the tag so that he could be unrestricted and get a nice multi year. But I'm pretty sure the Giants got someone to leak that info to the press. Someone at that hospital got a new BMW.
