trade Ben Gordon and Thomas (or Noah) to Miami for the #2 pick or something like that and draft both Rose and Beasley

as i said in the playoffs thread, why the heck would miami do that?

i don't think what chicago needs now is two more rookies. they've started their youth movement years ago, and what they more than another rookie is a veteran star. trading the pick for melo as stated in the playoffs thread makes a lot more sense than that.

Carmelo...?!??

No. Thank-you. Why don't you just suggest for the Bulls to trade for Iverson instead.

dang it, the clippers almost went where they were supposed to, but the bulls jumped everyone. I was hoping the clippers would get a shot at getting Rose.

oh well, whoever the clippers pick will probably turn out to be a bust anyways

So, of the two: Rose and Beasley, who would you guys pick as #1...?

I hope Paxson takes the PG...because, good grief, they need this more than the post scorer which they sorta kinda have in Gooden anyhow.

huh? They have needed a low post presence since they got rid of brand....thats why everyone wanted them to trade for gasol or garnett last year. They are stacked at the guard position as well....having said that...rose does not have the baggage that beasley has and if they go the way of beasley they will be creating a PR nightmare since rose is from chicago and played lights out in the tourney. Its much easier for them to take rose..so they will do that and probably trade away gordon, hinrich, nocioni..

I wouldn't agree on getting the PG, they already have a small team as it is. BUT, if they're able to send a couple players off into a trade, then yes get Rose.

6 high schools in 5 years and they say he only played when he wanted to, did not defend well and got into foul trouble often. I say we trade hinrich, gordon to miami for pick #2 tho.
