I hereby hate Carson Palmer
i don't know if y'all knew Carson Palmer went off about Ohio State Football. how Southern Cal this and Southern Cal this and how much better it is than OSU. i got a little sign for you Carson Palmer

he's from USC, so he's gonna root for the Trojans, especially against a rival like OSUnot that it matters, but he was on socal radio talking about USC football with and to USC fans
...and USC has been a better team...their conference is tougher, their out of conference schedule is harder than OSU's, and they have owned big-10 teams the last couple years

but he did help get the bengals on track until the front office folks forgot that you have to play defense too and his teammates decided to be the NFL's version of the portland jailblazers.
i don't think he's been really successful, team-wise, but i would argue that he's one of the top 5 quarterbacks in the league right now.
and oakland is in northern cal.

Why call him a douche? Hes just showing pride in his college team, you would expect that from any player. props to him that he isnt completely PC and looking to not step on any toes. I dont think anyone in Cinci would be mad at an NFL player who went to OSU that is on a team like the Packers supporting his college.

Its funny, I didn't listen to the actual broadcast, but I listen to the Petros and Money show everyday here in SoCal. Hilarious show; they fill in for Rome from time to time.
Anywho, Carson had his tongue firmly in his cheek when he said all that. The media took it and ran and I'm sure people in Ohio are all riled up. I'm sure he still feels USC will beat Ohio State down, but I'm not so sure his words were meant to be taken at face value for the vitriol and emotion. That whole radio show is just like that. Guess you had to be in on the joke.
