Looking to the long term, the Yankees just lost Wang (their best starter these days) for what looks like a good stretch, Pavano is hurting and a few weeks from making a come back, Brown is a mess and Wright is out until next month at least. The future doesn't look good for them.

As long as I've been a NY fan, Even I can see they have a VERY tough road ahead of them. And I just don't see them in the postseason this year. Not with the mess of a pitching staff they have. They have only 2 good starters now. They have a tough 2nd half. Mostly road games, & all tough teams.

For our division it doesn't look to bleek as long as Schilling doesnt come around and another pitcher steps up for the Gay Sox. Yankees pitching should be ok by the mid-end of August just in time for their typical end of the year 20 game run.
