Hells ya brah, that game was great. Watching Tebow and Emmit pouting was all time. Oh yeah, Manziel was pretty awesome against the Sooners haha.

Still .625 W-L SEC bowl campaign is nothing to bust a nut to. Sheeit like the drubbing Bama put on LSU last year was any better? At least ND scored points LMAO.

The problem with the BCS is that only one bowl game really matters. Put a team on 4 bye weeks and then tell them to go out and kick some ass for... Well, for... I don't really have anything. I suppose for a voted ranking that is BS and has no real indication of talent? I am dumbfounded that Florida and LSU lost, but if they would have played those games on Dec 1, when they were in sync and their opponents weren't rested, everyone here would bet SEC.

A good indication of the BCS being bullshit is how overhyped the Pac12 is. Talk about a crap conference that continuously gets over-ranked.

what's even more funny is BAMA beat us this year by 4 points in the final 60 seconds of the game..

even in defeat, and our current state, LSU are a much better team than ND
the only teams that beat or came close to beating BAMA this year were all from, you guessed it, the SEC. come at us bro.

based on the season, A&M and Georgia had a better shot at beating BAMA in the NC.

Over-ranked? Oregon and Stanford put the beatdown in BCS games. Oregon has gone to 4 straight BCS games, Stanford to 3 and we lost a heartbreaker to OSU last year.

Blah blah blah. Stanford should have beat ND. Touchdown was money. You know it and every other yahoo who watched that game knows it as well.

LSU sucked ass this year, get over it.

so your point is, that stanford should have gotten crushed by alabama instead of ND?

if you think losing games to #1, #9, and #11 by a TOTAL of 13 points means you suck, you are clinically retarded...

Standford lost to Washington.
here's a little secret.. LSU beat Washington 41-3... get serious.

Dude, are you like 7 yrs old?

That's a pretty childish logic, no? LOL

ALABAMA won the title. And yes, they looked insanely dominant doing it too. Hats off to them.

You make it sound like LSU had a lot to do with that fact.

LMAO Aaron you my boy. No worries, I like Rockstar, just talking smack in this thread. PAC-12 looks good for next season. Chip Kelly was the hottest commodity on the NFL coaching market and he's coming back to Eugene. Local boy Mariotta has 3 more years to lead the Ducks. Stanford won it's last 8, has a great D returning, PAC-12 coach of the year. USC will be back and UW, UCLA and Arizona are on the rise.

Best news I heard is that that Will Sutton, the Pat Tillman Pac-12 DPOY is returning to ASU.

Hopefully the powers that be won't misjudge Stanford and USC next year again because of the rest of the nation's biases. For a rank-based system to have inherently bad rankings to begin with sets everything up for complete shit. Then you hear bullshit like the conference is 'overranked'.

Dude, I went to USC and I'm a diehard fan of USC football, but man we fucking suck. We'll still suck next year if Lame is still the coach of our team. He should at least get an OC if he's gonna stay.

We need a coach that is fking tough as fuck because we are all pretty spoiled and cocky in general. LOL

the argument was that LSU apparently is a bad football team, all while stanford supposedly belonged in the championship. and the logic is pretty iron clad to be honest... nothing to do with alabama winning the title.. not sure what you were reading there.

Arguing over things like you're on the team, it's yours, because of you, is retarded.

The SECs time is now and will pass at some point. Then another conference will be on top. It's just how things go.

I think what most people didn't like was how absolutely boring the NC game was. And I fully believe the 5 teams behind Bama in the polls would have played them better then ND did. Even my Buckeyes.

We've got what, one more year of this BCS, then it's playoff time?

I mentioned about the time passing earlier... anyone would be dumb to think it could continue forever. but its defintely not on the downslope for the time being.

And if people didnt claim the team as their own, nobody would care who won.
i didnt say "i" beat this person or "we"

im pretty good at referring to accomplishments by the team as "LSU" or they, acutally...

The Colley Matrix, one of the six computer systems used by the BCS, has Notre Dame ranked No. 1 and the Crimson Tide No. 2. Notre Dame's final ranking was 0.973997 to Alabama's 0.961139. Notre Dame had an edge in strength of schedule.
Can't wait to get rid of this pos system...

6 points over an un-ranked (8-5) Wisconson who only made it b/c Penn State and OSU couldn't was a "beat-down"?

If there wasn't a rule that 3+ teams from the same conference can't go to BCS games, the BCS game numbers would be vastly different. Still, here is a breakdown of the last 7 years with the BCS games + the NC:

3) Pac 12: 10
(Oregon (4), USC (3), Stanford (3))
4) Big 12: 9
(OU (4), UT (2), Kansas State, Kansas, OSU)
5) ACC: 8
(VA Tech (4), Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Clemson, FSU)
The Pac12 has 3 good teams. I'll give you that. However, I can't find any good reason why USC was ranked pre-season #1 and Stanford ranked ahead of TAMU in the BCS. The only thing I can come up with is that the Pac 12 is over-rated.
