What a pathetic performance from PIT. Total embarrassment!!! How the hell can you get 17 starter back, an NFL head coach and can’t even finish off OHIO, not even talking about beating the spread, but winning the game. This is the 2nd worst performance, just under the Orangeman gayass offense last week.

Hopefully WE ALL can bounce back from this dismay lost.

9-10 PICKS 1 unit each.

ND +7

BC -27.5

CSU/MINN OVER 57

STANFORD -3

TOLEDO -22.5

TCU -14

ISU +10

Yup no worries boyz.. it's a long season..

Early games for Sat.. laying chalk in the early games..

Virginia Tech -21
With a week already under his belt for Vick Jr.. he should be able to run the offense with ease vs the Dukies.. Tech is loaded with depth at the skill positions and return a very strong defence.. Tech 41 Dukies 10

Wisconsin -32
Badgers should put up similar numbers against Big East dropout Temple.. Temple has simply been horrible the past few years and this year should be no exception.. even the kicker was horrible... Expect another huge game from Calhoun... Badgers 56 Temple 7

I dunno, but I put $500 down on the Eagles over/under for the season.. it is set at 11&1/2... so as long as they win 12 games, which should be easy... I'm golden.

Evening games

Boise St +3
After being exposed by Georgia last week, expect better prep work from the Broncos. If Broncos can contain Hass look for a straight up win. Boise St 42 - OSU 38

North Texas +6
This line has moved 2 points.. The feeling here is that MTSU should dominate with 17 returning starters and home field. I'm not convinced MTSU will win by more than a touchdown especially since NT has dominated Sun Belt football. Look for NT to control the tempo with their running game.. Mean Green 24 - MTSU 21

That is a very long term investment!!! Pretty risky action if you ask me

So Phil needs to win 3 out every 4 games each month for the next 4 months???

I shall cheer for you, PHI better take care of buiness this monday night over ALT!

I think i'll keep track of my record here on AZ... see if I can make some money

so far.. 4-1-1 +1.92 units

today's NFL

Cin -3.5 -105 (1 unit)
No offense, no defense for the Browns... Carson Palmer should put up big numbers. Cin is looking to start strong this season... Cin 31 Cle 17

STL -6 -106 (2 units)
Don't need much reasoning here.. SF sucks.. STL offense looked good early on in preseason and that should carry on here into week 1 ... STL 35 SF 14

Chinoz: Haven’t seen you test the waters on NFL, but you’re a SUPERSTAR on college.
GREAT call on N TX, and BOSIE ST (bought .5pts to get them 2.5)

Nugs3: Rough starts for you bro, hope you do better this NFL weekend. I am on your DET -3, and JAX -3, lets bring it home.

I shall track my record on Acurazine too, over on SAS, I’m more of a larker then a guru picker!hahahaa. I think guys over here are more open to opinion.

I did GREAT last night, going 7 2 1 (+4units)

YTD 11- 4- 1 (+6.4unit)

Alright here is my NFL.

1unit each

(JAX -3) - JAX is solid team at home; SEA is a really bad team away. Until that formula fails, you have to go with the trends.

(DET -3) - DET is crazy talented on offense, and their defense should have improved with a couple new additions. GB is on the downswing. Farve has no o-line and green is his only weapon, though he is fumble prone.

(DEN -5) - This might be a bias pick since I live in Colorado. What do you guys have to say about betting on your home teams? MIA doesn’t have R. Williams, and Rookie Brown is unproven. They have the defense to hold down, but with their shitty QB, they won’t score either. I shall even call this one DEN 17-10.

(DAL +4.5) - I think the “boys” are going to have a good year, SD might have gotten lucky last year, but they aren’t creeping on nobody this year. Stop LT, you stop SD. The head coach finally has the players he wants, with Blendso as QB they should move the ball way better then last year.

(BAL +3) - If I win most of the earlier games, I am going to double up on this game. BAL will be hyped for this one, they got killed by IND last year and should have a game plan for Manning. I think if BAL defense can’t stop Manning, I doubt anyone will. IND stills has the same weapons on offense, but with all the huge contracts on Harrison, Manning, and the “Edge”, they didn’t do shit on their defense. I think they have gotten worst, with a couple of players leaving.

GL ALL!!!

yeah.. I prefer college to Pro.. because there's more games for me to pick from, but usually there's a few games that catch my eye in NFL..

Not bad Nugs! 2 out of 3, painful UNDER, JAX could have just run the 4th and 2 and get the first down and run out the clock!

Thanks for the JAX pick!

Public paid the man Sunday.

got this from a friend

How did the public do this NFL Sunday?

The 7 teams that had 60% of the public on them:

STL 81.70% L
CINN 70.29% W
DEN 69.29% L
MINN 67.37% L
IND 67.09% ?
CARO 63.27% L
BUFF 62.43 W

Top public play loses outright as -6 and 3 of top 4 go down

what do you guys think about NBA championship future:

spurs 5:2
Heat 16:5
Pistons 10:1

I believe one of those teams will win it all. I was thinking about $100 on each. if spurs win, with lowest odds, i still cover em all and make money. I dont think anyone else has a chance to win

I did some reading in some sports gambling magazines; they stated that those “futures” wagers aren’t a good idea. You are laying money upfront for a very long term investment; there could be a lot of unforeseen injuries or even suspension (Pacers; 6 players out last year, they where early favorites to win the EAST). It would definitely be wiser to wait till playoff to make championship wages on the title. Or even better, wait until finals series and pick a winner there.

Any how, DET, MIA and of courses SPURS are solid picks if you do go for it. Though SPURS should win a repeat. I am sure you will get close to the same odds (5/2 FOR CHINOZ 2.5 times!hahahahah J/K) later in the season.

Alright guys its MNF!!!

I normally don’t go this crazy this early in the season. But I have a semi “lock”!hahahahha ALT is looking for a big win together and they are going to get it!!! There is too much turmoil in PHI, football is a “team” sports and ALT is a very solid teams with some decent upgrade on defense. The focus is there for Vick at home, take this to the bank.

ALT +1 (7 units)

COLLEGE/ NFL YTD 14-6-1 (+7.2 units)

GL EVERYONE!

NUGS: gonna miss out on a "easy" one tonight bro. make up some of your lost for the week, TONIGHT! Booky don't ask for money till WED!hahahah I am not normally the type who proclaim such "locks" all the time, so who ever take ALT, stand in line because the "MAN" is paying tonight.

I am seeing the spread creeping up to 2 now, if it touches 3, i am gonna call my local and slam 10 more units!!!

GO ATL, go VICK

From a bookie

It was a good week this week.

Denver, STL, Carolina all losers this week.

Im getting alot of calls for Philly -1

A few cash cows of mine so far, 1 has bet Philly -1. He was killed this week.
He will probably play the Over and Parlay the 2 together to make up for his loss the first week.

update..........

I HAVE ALOT of people making teasers Tonight.

THis teaser is popular

Philly +6
Over 36.5

I have some straight bets coming in on Atlanta, but its mainly ALL Philly and Over 44.

So Basically I need Atlanta +1 and Under to make my day!

I'm waiting to see what my local in giving out.....he waits until 30 min before kick off to give out lines. If i can get good line I'll be on ATL tonight.
