why wouldn't they fit with stock brakes and suspension. Better chances of them fitting like that than with aftermarket brakes and suspension. And seller already said they would fit over stock brembos with 5mm spacers.

the +32mm offset is a bit aggressive for TL, but now a day everyone runs +20 ish offset with roll fenders .. so this should be some what aggressive fitments (Flush) ..

With a stretch tire (235/40), should be fine. worst case is to roll a little bit, but not too horrible.

can't believe these aren't sold yet, amazing price on a great set of wheels. color is fantastic too and yes I think it should fit the 2GTL, you may need to roll your fenders though.
