ACK, sorry to hear that... I live right outside of Philly and we frequent LBI/SIC pretty frequently. The devastation to one of our favorite places is painful to see... I can only imagine how sh!tty it feels for someone who had a place there. We were actually thinking of buying a house down there back in 2008 but economy took a dive and we bailed on our idea.

Hope your family is safe and warm and recovery is speedy and as painless as possible.

Who did you PM? I moderated this last GB. I already sent the list to AckTL05, but we haven't received invoices yet. You should be able to jump in.

The Type-S should fit on your 04, but will require some modification on the front and back. The sides are the same for all years. The back Type-S is very common for people adding quad exhaust tips to non-Type-S cars. I haven't heard of anyone using the Type-S to an 04 front. You'll have to search for that.

Also, I just wanted to thank MasterShake for moderating this GB, and AckTL05 for doing his part all while dealing with the aftermath of hurricane Sandy. I'm sure we all really appreciate what you've both done to get us these parts!

I received tracking this morning. It was not via email, I was told to call the dealership and option 3. The number should be in your PayPal invoice. The guy there will give you the FedEx ground tracking.

I received my kit this afternoon. Everything is great, though I have a small concern for the quality of the packaging: the box it came in had tears and holes and two corners of the front lip were exposed through the box and through and the foam wrapping. Due to the exposure, it appears that those corners have been dragged across a surface that sanded them down slightly. It's not enough to notice from more than a foot away, but there is indeed some damage.

I've included a few photos. It doesn't bother me enough to pursue a swap, but here's a shoutout for maybe some extra padding on the corners of the lip closest to the top edge of the box before these get on a truck.

Thanks for posting. My buddy went to my house to throw mine in my garage as I'm out of town. He said that one box was "pretty tore up" but everything looked in order. He does not have the eye for this change of thing so I'll have to see what things turned into tomorrow. Either way, sick price and thanks to Bruce the guys for putting it together.

Out of the 200+ kits in the last 3 years that have been sold I know of two others which happened to be damaged in anyway, but yours is by far the worst...who ever handled your package, they were jealous or just didn't have a heart..The other two has small 1-2mm circle Knicks in one spot, but we took care of it..To have that kind of damage it really must have been abused A LOT...

I got my A-spec kit yesterday. I couldn't be happier! Everything was properly wrapped and the box looks like new. Bruce is right, whoever handled your box must not really care for there job

same here got the package today box was kinda in bad shape and there's one nick on one of the side skirts but should be able to touch it up...the packaging was good i guess its the courier who doesnt really care about those items.

The pictures I posted exaggerate the damage some by being so close up, but I agree -- somebody in the delivery business must hate their job.

The dealer took care of everything; they are shipping out a new front underspoiler as soon as they can. Thanks for your help!

2007 TL Type-S

Hi, I received my shipment on Wednesday and finally opened it. To my surprised, I got a kit in WDP instead of NBP. Aside from this "small" mishap, everything else including the packaging and all that is perfect.

Now, who can I contact to get this corrected??
