You are already getting a better price with free shipping and saving on the kit which is 20% off. Most are greatful for the savings. But to better answer your question those are the best prices you are going to see right now. Might be a xmas sale, but dont quote me on it

20% off that with free shipping would be $14.36 shipped.
The Order Today link shows a mark down from 19.95 to 17.95 which still is not 20% off but only approx. 10% off.
