how much do you think it would run to fill in the holes for the oem spoiler? because i really want to get this only thing stopping me is my oem spoiler and it's damn holes

You might be better off trying to find a wingless trunk in your color so you can swap them out back and forth if needed.
Ideal would be to trade with someone who wants a spoiler, like tegkid mentioned.
Buying a new trunk or a trunk you have to paint will be the most expensive.
A body shop will probably charge around 3 hours labor to fill the holes and say another 6 to paint. Times 50/hr rate, you're looking at around $300
Is your car the ABP in your avatar?
That color is (504p) easy to match, atleast it's not silver.

ohhh man this sucks, yeah that's my car in my avatar.. i bought the car used with the oem spoiler 
I don't know what to doooooooooo.. i wanted the aspec wing but it's too much money and too much work (changing the lights)..etc.. now i want the mugen and this is in the way.

There is no signing you up. You must send in a deposit yourself by following the directions on the first page. He currently has no plans for developing a roof spoiler at this time.
