Sorry ROTORA is the only company with a rear BBK. You will have to just use STOPTECH or ROTORA OE sized rear discs and pads.

Would these http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-236893.aspx be the equivalent of adding Type S brakes to a Base TL? I'm looking to upgrade to a BBK once I get new wheels and these are right in my price range.

Yes very similar to the TL with Brembos.

silly question but are these for the front ONLY? or for all 4?

will these fit a 08 auto tl-s? and is this caliper smaller then the brembo. looking for some additional wheel clearance.

No sorry they only fit the base TL Auto with the non-Brembo caliper.
