Phoenix shop that does quality engine builds?
I have been looking for about a month for a shop that can do a quality 3.6 rebuild on my engine, I am six months to a year out from needing it (when my T-Belt is due) but figure it can't hurt to line up the shop asap.
Anyone know of a place that can do a one and done job?
Thanks

All I have found is a shop called Intense Power in Glendale.
They are sponsors on AZHT and have a thread soliciting business so I PM'd them. They responded they would be happy to do my build and asked me to call.
I left a message last Monday and have still (a week later) heard nothing. I sent two PMs since and nada.
Glad I did not take my car there.

I'm on azht aswell(same user name). I have built k motors, but would rather just pay someone to do this. I have many honda freinds and nobody reccomends anyone. Talking to power house now. I'll let you know if I figure something out. If I just change the belt I'm not going to want to rebuild for a while

I am not just changing the belt but the crate engine idea makes sense assuming I can find a true 30k motor that passes all tests.
I am talking to Scott @ Collective Racing in Tucson who posted to my thread on AZHT, I'll let you know what I end up with.

Economy must be better than I think, no one wants to call back so I gave up & bought a low mile J35A4 from an Odyssey, I am going to do all the wear parts so I know it's not in need of anything before it goes in (T-Belt, tensioner, pulley waterpump cam seals valve cover gaskets, front & rear main seals) and slowly build my J32 myself.

You can try a place call Haskell in Glendale. I usually take my car there to get my oil change. www.haskellauto.com.
Not sure how much they will charge you, but give them a call and see what they can do for you.

LKQ on 40th AVE.
I had no idea they were here. it came out of a one owner 2004 Odyssey with 53k for 758.00 delivered to my shop in Mesa.
They wanted 50.00 more because the original motor I bought had 78k but was delivered with a cracked block (thank god my mechanic saw it before it was installed) but they ate the difference for the hassle.

i've taken my S2K to UMS Tuning a few times. They are always building some crazy shit. I'm sure they'd be able to hook you up or at least direct you to someone who can.
Edit: LOL didnt mean to bring this back from the dead... Mistaked the 2010 for a 2011. Sorry guys
