I have been around the car building scene in one way or another for quite a long time, but never owned a Honda/Acura personally. I am currently driving a much newer car but wanting to put a huge down payment on a newer car in a year or so. Because of this I don't want a car payment and have been in the market for a 2001-2003 CL Type-S or similar I can pay cash for and drive while I'm saving up.

Right now I am back and forth between Scottsdale and Las Vegas and curious if there is a place you would recommend for repairs? I have found a couple CL's for sale that have Comptech superchargers. Do you recommend a shop that can dyno tune either one of them if I went that route? Both of them are from out of state and I'm sure would benefit from a proper tune where it would spend most of its time.

Most of the CL's I have been looking at are all about 80-119k on them, and curious if there is anything in particular I should look for when checking them out? If properly taken care of, could I put another 50-60k on those motors?
