The location that phee has picked is the location we had it last year and like I said in my last post if there is anything going on at the park that day we will be very lucky to get our cars parked or let alone get a picnic area.... so I say go with what phee said then if that doesn't work out may have to move it to the first two options I listed on the map....

I've driven over 9 hours before. That's a couple of tanks of gas to get to where you need to be. You can always come a day early to avoid the long drive in one day.

I thought you were going to be in ATL that weekend any way. There's still the ATL guys from different parts of the cities that need to coordinate our caravan as well.

We still need condiments (sauces, marinades, relish, mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc.), hamburger buns, side dishes (corn on cob, tater salad, fruit, etc), wet naps, aluminum foil, disposable containers to store things coming off of the grill, maybe some grown-folk drinks? I'm sure I'm missing something, but just wanted to give some stuff for people to consider

Unfortunately guys, I will not be attending! I was in a car accident on last week, (at fault of the other driver). My car is deemed totaled by their insurance. This really sucks... :-(

We should have name tags since there will be a lot of people. One thing I always hated about large meets was that I didn't know who was whom.
