I havent found the exact hotel Im staying at, but there are a few right near the meet. But Im also thinking about staying in Raleigh or Greensboro to cut the travel time in half the night before. It will most likely be part of the Hilton group or one of the other hotels my company has discounts for. Im trying to stay close enough to the highway so I dont add unnecessary travel time.

There is also an Autocross at ZMAX (about 15min from C&C) that weekend. I know its both Saturday and Sunday; $45 entry fee. As far as details go that's all I know. We plan to bring our FSAE car and do some runs not sure what day or time yet . . . Just an FYI for you guys that are in town.

So Tyler, Jack or anyone else have ideas for where to go for a good parking area for pics after TacoMac. My original plan was a parking deck that I have since been informed is now card access only. Most shoot locations I know of are like one car shoot locations not for like 20-25 cars.

He's Tyler, I'm Jack. I'm guessing you mean the one at CP. I know UNCC parking is open (free; no pass required) on weekends; don't know if the decks are gated (doubt it). Obviously, it's close to C&C and lunch. Then there's Ballantyne, where we've gone most years, and SouthPark...both are a nice cross-county drive from the University area but totally open.
