Yeah, I'll plan to be there between 10 to 11am. People that want noon because they're sleeping (not working) will end up showing up at 2pm or not at all anyway.

About what to bring, I plan to bring a bag of charcoal and probably something for me to drink and eat, but any/everyone is welcome to cook on the coals so just plan accordingly. If you don't do BYOB it ends up being too much of a financial burden for a the few doing it.

My TL is pretty heavily modded and black on black so SHOULD be pretty hard to miss. I will try and pick a spot with a shelter/shade for rain. I plan to be there for a couple hours before I have to go so my plan is to grab a nice area for the meet to be able to to go on all day for the rest. Kowloon and I have each other's number so we will try and meet up so look for 2 black Acura's and once a few more people show up it'll be obvious.

Go to have someone running the grill ,so this way everything is taken carse off I suggest someone that's going to get there early volunteer and people can paypal the volunteer to get what is needed ,not in charge here but tring to get this done on Sunday will be chaos or get with wing plus or somewhere to put a big order in and pick it up on the way there which ever works ,cOme on guys get this going not much time left ..

Appreciate the suggestions, but unless you're volunteering yourself, none of this will happen. When Barry set it up, him and someone else ended up getting shafted financially (because of materials and paying for upgrade to a bigger pavilion in CB Smith. Maybe I read it wrong, but I'm fairly certain that happened, which is why...when I said I'd get there early and secure a spot for everyone I mentioned I'd have the charcoal there if you wanted to cook whatever you bring and BYOB.

Again, Kowloon is being a champ and bringing a bunch of things, but the plan is the same, you wanna eat...bring something. You wanna drink, bring something. Not saying if I cook a few burgers early and have extra food I would be a miser, cause I wouldn't...but we aren't going to be taking orders or loading up the car with BJ's groceries.

We took charge to pick a time and place after most people asked for someone to make a decision. As far as the time...some people are early risers, some aren't...I choose to get there early, to get a spot for everyone, I'll be there a couple hours and then I gotta ride out. Call it a mini meet, call it a mega meet, I guess depends on how many people show up!

Thanks guys for the invite, buy I have to work tonight!! I know I haven't been on the forums in forever, but I will be in the next few weeks.. I'm getting married, and between the wedding planning and buying a house I have been soo busy and broke that my car kind of fell off the radar. I was also supposed to sell it a few times but buyers keep backing out..

Because our families are sooo huge we were not able to invite everyone to our wedding reception.. (we have over 250 people going to that right now), we decided to have another reception at okehelee park the day after so we could invite everyone who we were not able to invite to the reception..
Acurazine guys who know me are welcome to attend!! It will be on march 20th around noon. There will be food there. And I would really be glad to see some of you guys again!! If you can attend hit me up on my cell!!

Absolutely DITTO, man...great meeting you too. I'm hoping to set a trend of a pretty set group of people that periodically meet up every 2 or 3 months like this...20 to 30 cars. Small, cost effective meet...eventually we all kinda get to know each other etc and help each other out. Maybe even coordinate doing simple mods right then and there together.
