Time does fly. I just realized it was April a little while ago when my coworker asked if I wanted passes to the Auto Fair in a couple of weeks...totally forgot it was time for that (and by default, this).
Doubt I'll make this one, but the turn out should be great because, as JB said, it'll be in the 80's and sunny.

Through the grapevine I've been hearing about a Raleigh C&C. I'm going tomorrow morning to see how it turns out. Keep your eyes open in Car Talk for a picture recap.
I'm also considering making the Charlotte C&C next month (May). Anybody planning on attending that one? I'm hoping the weather will cooperate like last time.

LOL. Most I've ever seen is about a handful. Unless people from this site attend, there really isn't much of an Acura showing.
Then again I know when we attend, we're not there looking for Acura's

The pollen is starting to subside here in Charlotte so those of us with dark cars are more than willing to come out and put the "shoe and shine" back on our cars. It was a pleasure seeing so many familiar faces and several new ones at April's C&C event. We had several new cars which always is a plus in addition to the regular rides that we have. Let's shoot for May being the biggest month yet, don't forget to tell a friend or co-worker that is car crazy. It will be a great time!
For those interested in another great event the same day, GMP Performance is having their annual THAWOUT event on Friday April 30th/ Saturday May 1st. You may want to caravan to 710 Pressley Road, Charlotte NC 28217 afterwords to see an impressive shop and maybe pick up some new toys for your toy! The summer months are setting in and I see many more of us out for evening cruises during the week! It is the best time of the year to enjoy our rides! I always stop by and drive around the parking lot a couple times then leave, plus i live down the street. I always see people driving fast n furious leaving and going to the place. Dam speed demons haha.

From Acurazine? It varies. May have a couple, may have a dozen or so.
In general there are hundreds of people there.... and tons of cars. Last month's event (June 5th) spilled over into another parking lot... so it was well attended to say the least!

Damn it sounds like I've been missing out on some big meets! The Raleigh ones have been good recently but it's nowhere as large as the Charlotte one.

^ Yeah, June's was huge. Biggest turnout I have seen. There were even 3 tailored, nicely modded Camaros and Challengers from a local company. There was also a Bentley Continental Supersport with dealer temp plates on it! The Bentley rep brought it specifically for the show as it was not even at the dealer showrooms yet!!

Juniorbean saw your post in the 'front end protection thread' so posted response in both. Yeah sorry I was there with my dad walking around checking out all the cars so I wasn't around my car much really at all till he left around 10 which is around when I met up with Eric. I should be at the next one so maybe I will see you there unless there are any other meets in the local area. I haven't been able to find a real active local Charlotte, NC car forum.

As for the C&C meet... one or two of the NSX's were not there this month... but that yellow one was new to me... so they must rotate
But you're right... huge turnout! August will probably be a little smaller since a lot of people are typically away, but I'll bet it's still pretty good!

I drove around a few times, then left , it was about 9.30am ... Met up with Screen name JizzleMan , dude jump in front of my car Jus because it was a slammed Acura TL-S lols... Next time ima park my car and chill.
