Well, that was a splendid meet. I couldn't stay the whole time but I did hear that there was money paid to bump to the bigger pavilion after and I think Rodney did some burnouts with the turbo TL? HUGE turnout, actually. Mine have never been more than maybe 15 cars.

Ha! Even if we say 30 people, only 10 will show. Generally speaking I like to keep it simple and flexible. I can bring charcoal, of course...that's easy...throw a few dogs on. Or we can hang and head out to eat somewhere too. Not everyone usually joins to eat.

Honestly, Mike, I'd move it a week but I'll be in Tampa that weekend AND more importantly this is already the 3rd date change and a few people seem like they're making the arrangement to be here. If you can join for a bit, that'll be cool!

Family guy, ain't nobody drag racing or giving out trophies, man. Come stock, get ideas, kick around mods. We're supposed to be installing ggesq's RDX calipers and helping Adam swap out his tails. If there are any other simple mods to be done, bring tools and whatever you're looking to do.

I have done my tails several times without taking the bumper off. It's not that bad.
I'm building up our group. So far we have 21 people in it. Thanks you to those who have joined. It will make it must easier to have everyone in one spot.

Btw, I have an extra set of brakemotive drilled and slotted rotors that I'm thinking of selling if anybody's interested let me know, shoot me a PM, and I can bring them to the meet. Sry for the shameless plug, just figured it'd be a good opportunity for someone local.

One day we should have a super florida meet or something, looks like we have a lot of guys up in Jax too. We should all meet up ~mid-state. Like around Orlando or cocoa beach or something. Maybe summer 2014?

I still love mine.
Mike, great idea, man...a lot of people don't surf the Regions forum anyway so a group makes it MUCH easier. I appreciate the help. I agree on the tails, I've never droppped entire bumper either...and the ones that I've modified, I cut the tabs off the bottom so once they're on, they'll come off with just the 4 inside trunk bolts.
And, small update that only really affects me:
Father in Law's birthday lunch got dropped on me this Sunday. Family first
I'll need to be in Miami by 2pm Sunday. Obviously the show goes on without me, but I Do plan on being punctual and showing up to the hilltop at the park by 10am on Sunday. Adam, if you can plan on being there around then too, that'd be great so we can knock out your tails. Ggesq (Joe) isn't going to be able to make it down so I won't have to give him a hand with the caliper cover install.
For pictures, I'm thinking we can either pick a local road, or look for one with trees...otherwise we can jump on I 75 for higher speed pictures. I'd love to find a deserted road in the warehouse area off either Sheridan or Griffin. I'll have to bail by 1pm to go have a family time lunch so I'm out for lunch/charcoal duties.
I still love mine.
