6/30/13 10AM - CB Smith - Pembroke Pines / Broward/Dade/Palm Beach Meet
Hey everyone,
Our favorite wordy character will be in town for a few days in June...Meko.
In his honor, figured we'd get a little group together again. Hopefully everyone can make it out to take some pictures, talk cars and grab a bite to eat. There's a Publix/Walmart across the street so it's a bring your own food and beverage thing. Switching to CB Smith because early on you can park under trees in case blazing sun or rain...plus, scenic for some cool different pictures.
We can either figure out grilling out, or take some shots and shoot over to Fuddruckers for lunch.
As per usual...I'll be there at 10am to grab a spot. Feel free to join me...I would also anticipate that we'll be all wrapped up and gone by 1 or 2pm so don't show up too much later than 10am.

As with all Broward Parks, it's $1.50 per person to get in on the weekends. Then you can come and go as you please.

Here's my ONLY fear for you guys driving down and I'll be very honest (and this is also why I don't drive far for meets) is that we can never guarantee how many people will show up and if it'll be worth your while, know what i mean?
Historically, these little meets I set up last about 2 to 3 hours...we take pictures, shoot the cr*p, go grab lunch. Very small and intimate with about 10 cars or less. If you feel that's worth your 7-8 hour drive, feel free to join.

Mini-van would be sic for getting shots down low, and getting video of people's cars.

For me it is only a 3hr drive and the wife loves that area. Plus I have a couple buddies out in Pembroke pines area. Either way it is worth the drive even if its 10 cars. Always up for meeting new people and having a nice day out with a couple Acura's.

Don't worry buddy, I already ordered about 10 pairs of medium sized pink speedos. You'll feel right at home.
