Hey guys, on the side over the past year I have been dabbling in the detail game. Im going to start taking pics of my jobs and asking for some critiques. Hit me up anytime for a detail..I am very OCD, which is a good thing in my opinion. Will be honest. I need better products for interior. Would love to get my hands on a small steam cleaner for carpets and hard to clean areas. But always learning in the detail game.

What time are the meets in Kennesaw. I used to come out there on Saturdays a while ago but it got out of control, to many ricers and cops always harrasing.

Good job with the side business, Jimmy! Nothing wrong with being OCD when it comes to making someone's ride like the day they had bought it. I need to get a good detail on my car when it gets warmer, but an occasional wash here and there will suffice for now.

Also, what camera are you using to take your pics? Are you using a point & shoot or a DSLR? If it's point & shoot, do you have any photo editing software to make the pictures pop a bit?

Thanks Ty. You can hit me up too when you need that serious detail. It is a point and shoot, it is a better than your typical kodak p&s kind of camera. No I dont have any editing software. I think lighting and angles is more of my problem. i dont want to much editing, i dont think. I would think that might remove the "actual" shots effect. I could be wrong though. Kinda the info I am looking for.

Hoping to get my wifes Murano, and my TSX done before the freezes again. I will try again with photography, action, and maybe some 50/50's. I have found I also need a larger garage. Hard to get all the way around the car and have good amounts of room.

If it is Shring you are talking of, he's a good guy. Dont think he meant to offend anyone with his comment. Others were posting their opinions on the thread about different experiences. He was just doing the same. Everyone rates customer service differently so unfortunately there is no way to fully get a 100% guarentee that you will feel warm and fuzzy cause someone else did with their experience. I have personally not tried any of those shops. I do need to find one though....I dont have much near me (that I know of) I can tell you guys, from my experience, to not go to Americas Service Station for an alignment.....worse than when i went in. I've been to Drivers Automotivr for numerous of things and my experience with them has alway been really good. But i have also heard how reputable alan cox is with hondas and acuras....

I have been both Alan Cox an Driver Automotive, but more recently Driver Automotive.

What I can say is, it's SAD we lost a great shop. Alben is great mechanic an good guy/friend. The ONLY reason i know Alben is b/c of Phee an AZ forum. I hope he open new shop really soon

For Alan Cox i took in 97 Honda Accord EX an they put on my DC header for me an later they did my front camber kit. Price was fair an OK. I also have been few of there car show
