I was hoping it would be open this weekend to go but apparently it should open in early June. I heard a possible date of June 3rd. From hearing from people that have gone to other ones it is going to be an absolute mad house the first few weeks.

Can you bring your own clubs or just use theres? I am pretty picky with clubs
Maybe I will create our first Charlotte area AZine meet in the last couple of years.

Your can bring your own clubs from what I have read. Its also around $35-$45 per hour with unlimited balls. I am golf challenged but I want to try this out only because I am competitive.
In other news, my damn civic is a pain in the ass to fix. Fixing a broken axle turned into a bad lower ball joint, followed by a bad outer tie rod, and after getting the car in running condition I just saw that the previous alignment (or lack there of) completely destroyed the inner tread of both front tires. So, so far Im about $150 into fixing this POS to sell but at least it will have new safe parts for the next person. The thought has crossed my mind about spending roughly $1500 for a new motor and paint job, but that thought lasted a whole minute haha.
Coilovers came for the TSX. I got a really great deal from a member on Honda-tech. They are Yonaka spec 2's and I had the Yonaka spec 1's on my first civic and they weren't terrible. They're pretty comparable to the Megan EZ streets and come with 12k front, 8k rear, and 28 levels of dampening. I had plans to install them before heading to SPOCOM but fenders aren't even rolled yet and the civic kinda fucked my whole schedule up.

My weekend was crazy busy and I need to catch up on sleep becauase of it. Had a blast though and would do it all over next weekend if I could. The race night was a little long though with the rain delay and all. Arrived to park and walk into the race at 5pm. The race didn't finish will 12:30am.
From VLK's Facebook page:
Don't miss this rare chance to race on both of our tracks combined. We call it Super Track and it is a 25 turn 75 second track that will test your skills and endurance. Super Track races are all 10 mins long all day. $25 per race or $40 for 2.

I was all excited about going to Cars & Coffee when I found out there was finally a new location. Then I found out same day my grandmothers health is questionable. Waiting for them to run more tests but now I might be making a last minute trip to PA for the weekend. I will know more hopefully tomorrow. Hopefully she pulls through.

Looks like I may be able to make C&C after all. Still not 100%, but looking good. May ride up in the Tundra since it's all vinyl'd with the kart business stuff.
So... anyone else going?

Great turn out and the new spot is pretty cool. Only thing that sucked was leaving. That light got very backed up (about a mile), so it took way too long to get out of there. I don't think the Farmer's Market traffic helped matters either...

Anyone have a recommendation for a place in the area to have clear bra installed? I have some new carbon bits coming I want to have wrapped before installing them.

I'll be rolling from Best Buy in Concord at 08:00 with about 10 other cars who are also parking inside. See you there buddy! Have fun at C&C.
