Damnation!! No consistency in your wheel/tire assembly. I want a couple hours alone with it...I'm a whiz at weeding out the root cause for leaks...especially on 3-piece wheels with the finicky valve stems & TPMS. The only thing that will be nearly impossible to replicate is the force of the road on the assembly, which does seem to be playing a big part in all this.

Any chance you can go to any discount tire with me and do the work since you used to work at one
If so lets go now
I want this shit found haha.
I am about to go remove the wheel and check the rear valve in a few minutes.
Also if it is leaking at the valve stem, specifically the insert isn't tight would it make it really hard to remove the valve cap cause of the build up of pressure? Or am I just putting it on really tight and not realizing it?

That is really what I did for like two years at Discount. I was their unofficial wheel tech specialist and all I worked on was the high end stuff, and even more pertinent, finding causes of seemingly invisible leaks. I've thought about asking them if there is something they can do to allow me to work on it but there is zero chance...some serious liability issues! Lol.
However, I do think I can get them to do the work while I oversee it and essentially find out what is wrong with it. The only thing is that I only trust myself working on your shit (I've never scratched a wheel in all my days). I'm only confident in one guy there and I'm not sure I'd even let him dismount/mount your tire. As I said, this is beginning to bug me too...especially cause I'm fairly confident I can make it stop...that is, unless it's leaking due to poor material or a defect like severe porosity or voids. However, with the quality of wheel you have, I would say it is very very rare that this would be the case. Especially on a true forged wheel.
This might sounds like a dumb question, but has the tire been gone over VERY thoroughly for any foreign objects that may have punctured the tire? Not just from the outside, but (almost more importantly) from the inside.

I mean I guess it could be the tire but I have had this leak from day one when the tires were new. That could only be the case if they fixed the one leak and then I got something stuck in the tire right after it and caused another leak. With my luck the coincidence of that happening is not out of the question at all.

I bought a new VCR (valve core remover) tool yesterday so you can check them out...if you're still around; not sure when you leave today.
Buahaha...that's him! Same guy. He's the only one I let touch my car. His name is Rob.

I was just going to put the other wheels on but the lack of tread on the rear scares me with all the rain.

I can stop by and help you if you're in a hurry. Doesn't matter when...I have no set 'lunch' time.

What's your bolt pattern btw? Just curious. It's not like I'm secretly planning to break into your garage and rock a staggered setup till you return or anything.

I am half tempted to take the wheel off quick and put one stock on and drive out to discount tire and have them try to find it again..
So you don't think the tread on the rears will be an issue with heavy rain?

2. I know your car has a lot of torque, but I've seen your stock stuff and the rears are good enough as to where I wouldn't be concerned with wheel spin or an increase in the likelihood of hyrdo-planing. I've been in cars with far worse setups in rain on the highway and no issues as long as you're not trying to go 80+mph in pouring rain.

Just found leak. You can hear it making bubbles in the soapy water and it makes tons of them and big ones. It is on the back side bead.
I definitely like to do 80 in the rain lol.
I am going to get changed and head over to them now but still debating on even if they seem to fix it if I will drive on it to go home then. I will give you a call as well.
