** Offical Florida Chat Thread **
open night is wednesday and it's $25 from 7pm - 11pm. haven't read up on rules and regs yet.
BTW you have my number, call me or txt me if you are up here, we can meet up!
You would still have to take it to a tire shop to get it aligned, but they will charge you like $150 to install the kit.
I told them to kiss my rebel dick and found a local shop that I could sit and shoot the crap with the wrench while he turned my wheels. They did a great job but still recommended a camber kit for further tweaking.
Oh, growing up, Tire Kingdom was right next to my parents shop I worked at so, it was very convenient for me to drop off my car to get aligned during the day. I'm not exaggerating when I say that on average I took my car back 3 times until it finally tracked straight down the road or didn't wobble.
Here's my experience so far with these "tire shops":
Tires Plus:
1) Scratched my brand new Ron Jon's and I made them buy me a new rim.
2) Couldn't align my car because it was "too low" (do they not work on Corvettes?)
Expert Car Care:
1) We can't align your car because it needs a caster kit with your camber kit
2) This is the best we can get it aligned...sorry
Find a good mechanic by asking around with people who drive cars like yours (people with modified suspension and good taste in mods). Talk to the mechanic and see what he can do for you.

Yes..., that's a good place to go to get your work on. My buddy Jason with the NSX always brought his car there to get it work on. And he's live about an hour half away from there. I think he said, the lead mechanic / owner has Ferrari and NSX. If you tell him you know Jason Blair with the green NXS from Palm Bay, he probablly give you a deal.

Definately stay away from tire kingdom!
Unless you do what i did when I had like a 3 yr aligment plan that I transfered to my lowered vehicle.
I would basicly ask for a printout of the aligment, then take it home and adjust to where I wanted my camber/toe settings to be then take it back and tell em I just wanted it checked. I would again ask for a printout to se how close I got.
I would repeat until satisfied. The aligment guys there think they know it all but dont know crap. As long as the computer screen lights everything up in green thats where they"ll leave everything. And dont even get me started on terying to tell em you want to leave some toe in to counteract the negative camber and improve handling to the way I wish. They'll sit there with a dumb look like if your the one that doesnt know what theyre doing.

Does anyone know if they do a lifetime alignment?
The owner of the shop drives a black NSX is Nabil. He is a cool guy, actually took me for a ride in it last summer. They used to have a guy Oster that worked there. He was well known on the NSXPrime forums but he relocated to GA. Those NSX guys trust Nabil with their cars and ship them or drive from hours away so he can work on them.

Thanks for the heads up everybody. Does First Class Automotive work with the camber kit? i was actually thinking about taking to Nix & Black on North OBT. I took my lowered 03 Cobra to them a couple of years ago and they did a good job. They know what they are doing. I was thinking about getting a new set of RJ Inspyres. I sure as hell don't want them to scratch them.

Still waiting to have extra money to get another light. Cuz the right side has a piece broke off. I need another right side, so I can switch the lens. Does anyone know who has it for sale cheap ( really sheap)? Ebay has it for around $70. I try to find cheaper then that.
I was thinking of haveing a Cars & Coffee here in Hunters Creek got a sweet place to do it, It's the same place all the DSM's and EVO meet Thur night's.
On a side note got the TL-S Tail light's and the new P-ZERO NERO's on and a HELLA TPMS system also.

Hey guys what's up. I was just wondering if we were going to do another meet soon. I missed the last one. Umm is it bad that I'm stopping people that have TLs like mine LOL. Oh and FYI. I saw a sick 99 to 01 TL over in Oviedo today. Was sitting on 19s. It was white. Whish I could post the pics threw my iPhone. :-(
