That's funny but in LA you have the parking spots are so damn small you have to take more space unless you want door dings and paint chips because a lot of people could care less about your car.

Either way you'll get the dings and stuff...you occupy 2 spaces you get keyed...you park in a compact space you get dinged.

I live in LA too, the parking spaces are stupid small. I have a 2012 tl and park as strategically as possible. Have you ever parked way out in the lot just to have the beverly hillbillies park right next to you? Makes me crazy. Lol
