i actually used a buffer along with scratchx.. cause i did some research on the meguiar's forum and supposedly it'll take away the etchings but you can still slightly see it. that didn't help much. it actually made the etchings more noticeable.

that's a good idea.. but i've tried almost everything just to remove the bird poop etchings on my hood. it already went through the clearcoat so i don't think any detailing product could magically take that off
and i'm really tempted once again to get my front lip repainted and repaired the right way.. know anybody that can paint match oem/non oem paint for a reasonable price?

ScratchX is more of a light polish, try something along the lines of Menzerna Intensive Polish or Prima Swirl.

haha i know exactly where that is we do work a lot in those high rises and thats the loading dock areas for those buildings~! nice! it is quiet on that street on weekends good place to snap a shot!

HA...got them number coded and I have a list to let me know what the EF is in those bins so I dont have to keep searching...YA KNOW!
