The weather was 77 degrees. 7 out of the 12 that showed up drove all the way down from up north. No Azine members showed up though. And there was tons of food left over. At the end of the day it was really nice out and and it was really chill.

Hey guys I really hate to do this but I don't have the time to do a search right now and it's a very urgent matter as my younger brother is about to get taken by Aamco,

He has an 01 odyssey and the tranny blew. Is there a direct swap he can do with an 03+ accord tranny or should he stay with the Odyssey tranny for replacement. Needs to have a decision tomorrow so I hope someone can help with Direct info

What up fellas! Just got done putting on the new exhaust and now I have the stock exhaust taking up space. With that said, I wanted to see if anyone in SD is considering changing their setup to a quad tip type-s exhaust? If so, I have the perfect exhaust. I'm going to post it up on BM, but thought I would give someone local a shot at it first. There are pics of the exhaust mounted on my TL in my profile. Also, you'll need a type-s rear bumper since these are too wide to fit on a base bumper. PM me if you're interested. Thanks.

How do you like the new exhaust? Any sound clips?

I too installed a new exhaust component, my Altima has a more aggressive 350 / G35 exhaust note and it's intoxicating.

I love it! I need to take a sound clip, but it's definitely more aggressive. Maybe I'll roll to one of the meets, so I can hear your setup in person. Your exhaust sounds sweet!

congrats on the exhaust! the xlr8 quad set up is my favorite mod so far, really makes the type s sound like it should.

My Hondata Flashpro arrives today and my HFPCs come in 2 weeks, hopefully I can make the meet in a month (never been to one) since I'm local (UTC). first time posting in here so just wanted to say

Welcome.

Thanks! It does make the TL sound a lot better, and gives a little more HP, however, now I wish I had a 6MT.

I was considering the Hondata Flashpro as my next mod since I have most of the bolt-on mods. I need to read up more on the thread. Definitely need to meet up sometime, our TLs may look like twins, except your's is a Type-S and I've got the Base.

haha yea we've been trying to meet up for a while, maybe once i get flashpro and my HFPCs all set up we can meet up! i'm doing an e-tune through vittuning, who has a great reputation so i'm hoping it goes well. major benefits would be a consistent power band, eliminate vtec dip, and a few more hp...not huge hp jumps but i believe the improvement in driveability is worth it. we can talk more once i get it going!

yea our cars are essentially twins haha...good taste

Yea, that's the main reason I was considering the flashpro, help with making sure I'm getting the most from the bolt-ons and maybe saving some gas too. Can't wait to hear your results after your visit to VitTuning. Are they local?

it's e-tuning, which means you datalog for daily driving situations with scripted runs (rather than only WOT) and then send your data to the tuner. he tunes it and sends it back for you to use and this cycle continues until you both agree the tune is complete. Vit has great reviews and is well known in the civic world and is already working on a few TL's. plus he sells flashpro essentially at cost with his combo (750 for flashpro and tune)

I assume that you made the comment because of the flashpro limitations on the '06. But you have an '06 because you knew the TL was a must have. '07s and '08s are just following what you guys have started.

I wish the 06' ecu's were flashable this is such a let down it limits the j series engine so much :[. Pohljm I still have your springs in my garage man! did you want them back?

Btw anyone have a set of 07-08 base rims for sale or trade? I have 06 chrome rims for trade if anyone is interested or I'm willing to just buy the 07-08 base rims at a low price .
