I got a small scratch on my car, should I just scratchX it out now or just let the detailing shop take care of it when I send my car in?

 

Scratchx will put a coating over it to make it appear like it's gone, then when the coating wears off in a week, the scratch will become exposed again. The detail shop will buff the scratch out and actually remove it from appearance completely.

ScratchX removes from the clearcoat layer of paint Jakes. It doesn't cover anything.
TSX, send it to the detail shop you have lined up and see how good they are at removing that scratch.
