Only the RV6 V3 JPipe deletes the 3rd cat.
Just so you know, most mechanics / smog places don't even know our car has a 3rd catalytic converter and your car will pass with flying colors even with it removed.
If I were you, I would pickup an older ATLP / RV6 V2 Jpipe and save yourself $100 - $150, the gains are hardly noticeable and all hype.
Update: I just dropped my car off at the shop to have the big timing belt / waterpump service done. I should have the car back this afternoon .. going to feel good to have a fresh engine to romp on this week.
Brakes / fluids / mounts should be here next week, install might follow next week depending on how things pan out.

I also called dibs on some 10mm spacers too .. mod bug has hit me hard.
Once my car starts coming together and all the little issues taken care of, it's time to make my car faster.
Catback, pulley, test pipe should put me around the 240whp mark.
