Recommend a good artist for custom car part painting

OK guys, look at this picture

That guy got someone to use acrylic graffiti paint to design that. Do you guys know anyone around SoCal that can do something like this? He/she doesn't have to use graffiti paint, regular auto paint is fine. It's just CT-E's icebox cover for the TSX is HORRIBLE. I bought this part brand new and look at how the quality for it is. Picture provided below

So that's why I want someone to paint over this cover. I saw these guys:

And they seem pretty good I guess. But I'm not gonna have them design something with a lot of flashy color, I only want white or grey designs.

Any one know anyone else that can custom paint this?

Yea dude ask him if he can do something like this. Show him the example picture so he knows what he's dealing with. Of course I will pay him for his service. Can you also ask him what kind of "paint" he is using? Because I want to ask my body shop guy to see if he can put clear coat over it without any problems.

I don't really see why you can't clear coat it! one of my friends had his engine cover painted and clear coated. I'll let you know what he says.

Umm, well if you look at the example picture on the spark plug cover, you can see some pink colors. That's not suppose to be there and it's suppose to be white. The owner of the spark plug cover got that one clear coated and some pink colors started to form.

So that's what I'm afraid of since my original design in mind is to have something black, grey, and white.
