Place to get immobilizer programmed?

I bought my TL used and it only came with one set of keys. I need to get a 2nd set of keys & a keyfob. I was quoted around $230 at Thomas Acura. Does anyone know any dealerships that are cheaper? Or know of a locksmith that can program the immobilizer? Thanks!
