Im in the same situation and actually had a chance to pick up a clean Honda CBR 954 for $3500

but insurance would cost just as much as the bike

Haha, thats wat i did, i got myself a 00 Yamaha R6. I must say it is VERY FUN even tho i am still in the process of learning. So you guys won't see me in my CL often now as I will be riding my bike most of the time when i am in 626.

yeah i know insurance is alot. For a 1st bike i would rather get something not so nice because i know im just going to get it all messed up trying to learn tricks with it and what not. But i heard the best time to buy a bike would be more closer to the rain sesson. So we have lots of time to save up.

The r6 is really nice i like the headlights on it.

By the way what kind of rims are on that silver CL type P They look really cheap.
and whats going on with the trunk ? the guy must of backed up into something and got a used black trunk but never painted it. The only thing good about it is that the windows are tinted so you cant see the ugly driver.
